Return Policy (14 Days)

You have 14 days from the date you receive the product to request a return, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

Conditions for Accepting Returns for Computer Products:

The item must be in its original condition and unused.
The product must not have been installed, activated, or had software installed.
All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
The product must be in its original packaging with seals intact.
The original purchase invoice must be provided.
The 14-day return window must not have expired.

Manufacturing Defects and Shipping Damage

Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery.
Report manufacturing defects within 7 days maximum.
Report products damaged during shipping within 48 hours.
The product will be inspected by our authorized service center.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will cover shipping and return costs.

Non-Returnable Products
