This Return and Exchange Policy applies to all computer and electronic products we supply:

Return Policy (14 Days)
You have 14 days from the date you receive the product to request a return, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
Conditions for Accepting Returns for Computer Products:
- The item must be in its original condition and unused.
- The product must not have been installed, activated, or had software installed.
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
- The product must be in its original packaging with seals intact.
- The original purchase invoice must be provided.
- The 14-day return window must not have expired.

Manufacturing Defects and Shipping Damage
- Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery.
- Report manufacturing defects within 7 days maximum.
- Report products damaged during shipping within 48 hours.
- The product will be inspected by our authorized service center.
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will cover shipping and return costs.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are proven defective:
- Activated software or applications (licenses already activated).
- Opened or installed hardware (CPUs, GPUs, etc.).
- Products with seals or stickers removed.
- Gift cards and promo codes.
- Items sold as final sale or in clearance promotions.
- Products that have been configured or had software installed.
Warranty Policy
- All our products are genuine and supported by local or international warranty.
- Warranty periods vary by product and brand.
- Keep your original invoice to claim warranty service.
- We offer technical support and consultation free of charge during the warranty period.
- For warranty repairs, please visit authorized service centers.
Refunds
Refund Process:
- Technical inspection: within 3β5 business days of receiving the item.
- Approval notification: will be sent via Info@elyamamastore.com.
- Refund: within a maximum of 10 business days after approval.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
- If the refund is delayed beyond 15 business days, please contact us immediately.
- For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
